30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in original condition.

  • The product must not show signs of damage, modification, or excessive wear.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

In certain situations, we may authorize a return without requiring the product to be shipped back. If this applies, we will confirm it in writing prior to issuing a refund.


Return Instructions

When returning a product, please include one of the following inside the package:

  • A copy of your invoice or packing slip

  • OR a written note including your order number, full name, and shipping address

Returns received without identifying information may delay processing.


1-Year Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)

Buckle Boss® products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from modification or alteration

  • Environmental damage (including extreme heat, crushing, or chemical exposure)

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buckle Boss®, GBY, Inc., shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
